DT Infrastructure is seeking a skilled administrator to join our HR team as a People Services Administrator.
About the Role:In this role, you will provide administrative support to the HR team, focusing on position management, onboarding, and offboarding processes. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and deactivating positions in the HR system, as well as maintaining accurate employee records and preparing employee letters for change of conditions.
Responsibilities:- Position management: create, maintain, and deactivate positions in the HR system.
- Employee records: maintain accurate records, including creation, updating, and archiving of employee files.
- Onboarding: coordinate the onboarding process, including collection of new starter paperwork and creation of employee email addresses.
- Degree or Certificate IV in Human Resources (or equivalent).
- Minimum 12 months experience in general administration.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR software is highly desirable.
- Flexible work arrangements and hybrid working options.
- Wellbeing programs and gym memberships.
- National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) membership and events.
