Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Public Area Host and Cleaner. This role is responsible for ensuring the appearance of the property and its grounds are of the highest standard.

Cleanliness, hygiene, sanitization, and presentation are paramount in this position. You will be required to operate specialized equipment and follow safety procedures at all times.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to residents, including key security, responding to enquiries and delivery distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the property and its grounds are maintained to the highest standards
  • Operate specialized cleaning equipment and follow safety procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents
  • Maintain pool, gym, and shared bathroom areas

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning or hospitality experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including overnight and weekends
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to speak English fluently
  • Valid Australian work rights
