Public Area Cleaner

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Public Area Cleaner.
This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of public spaces, including lounges, theatres, outdoor areas, gyms, laundry facilities, corridors, and stairwells. Key responsibilities include:
- Daily cleaning of public areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents.
- Maintaining awareness of health and safety protocols at all times.
- Conducting weekly room cleaning and bed making services for residents as required.
- Participating in building open days and tours to showcase our facilities.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- High level of attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- Capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with young adults in a professional and culturally sensitive manner.
- Previous experience working in a large commercial environment or as a room attendant in a 4-5 star hotel setting.
