Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to support brand awareness and membership acquisition.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications to create and deliver marketing plans that drive engagement and participation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic end-to-end marketing plans
  • Project manage all marketing activities for events and conferences
  • Manage digital and traditional marketing advertising projects
  • Coordinate market insights and data analysis using Salesforce, SEO, Squarespace, and WordPress
  • Create engaging content to uplift brand awareness and increase membership sales and retention
  • Support research, membership, and engagement initiatives
  • Manage social media engagement and ensure consistent branding across all channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
