We are seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a dynamic role that offers flexibility and opportunities for development.

This 22.5 hours per week position would be ideal for a current marketing student or an experienced coordinator looking for part-time work.

We will provide you with one-on-one support, a space to unleash your creativity and opportunities for growth.

A typical day might involve:

  • Developing marketing strategies and campaigns to deliver results across various media platforms;
  • Creating content and scheduling posts for our social media pages;
  • Assisting with website maintenance and updates;
  • Monitoring and reviewing marketing activities and results;
  • Creating initiatives and ideas for our monthly events calendar.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong performing university degree in Marketing or related field;
  • Proven experience working in an administrative role;
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills, dealing with stakeholders professionally;
  • Exposure to Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel and Word) and ability to learn new systems quickly;
  • Great time management skills to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines;
  • Able to take on-board feedback and adapt to change;
  • Productive, passionate and highly organised individual;
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy and commitment to high quality work.
