About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our KinCare team in the Kingston area. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support customers with complex care needs, such as dementia

Requirements
  • Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support, Disability or Nursing
  • Experience of 6 months or more in a similar role, including experience with personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications
  • Current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
