Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping
  • Provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing and dressing
  • Manage medications and assist with mobility and therapy goals
  • Provide respite and emotional support
  • Transport customers to appointments

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support, Disability or Nursing
  • Experience of 6 months or more in a similar role
  • Current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
