About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly customers, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Domestic Assistance: Provide cleaning and household support to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Meal Preparation and Shopping: Help our customers with meal preparation and grocery shopping.
  • Social Support: Provide emotional support and companionship to our customers, as well as assist with transportation to appointments.
  • Complex Care: Provide specialized care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia.

Requirements
  • Current P1 Class or Above Australian Drivers License: Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a registered vehicle.
