About Our Client

We seek an experienced Training and Assessment professional with expertise in Working at Heights, Confined Space, and Civil Construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Cert IV in TAE and be dedicated to delivering high-quality training services.

The role entails:

  • Delivering training and assessment services to meet RTO regulations
  • Assisting with site preparation for theory and practical components
  • Supervising student behavior and providing engaging and motivating training
  • Maintaining compliance and performing other general duties as required

Key Qualifications and Experience

  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
  • Recent work experience in infrastructure, construction, and/or civil industries
  • Australian Driver's License
  • Experience working as a Trainer and Assessor for an RTO
  • Statements of Attainment or qualifications in relevant fields
