About the Role:
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Training Coordinator to support a strategically significant transformation program within a federal government agency.
You will collaborate with a dedicated change team and workforce development specialists to deliver tailored training experiences that drive capability uplift and successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead innovative training strategies to support digital transformation and system readiness
- Collaborate with change and program teams to align training with business needs and schedules
- Develop engaging training materials including guides, videos, and modules
- Build strong relationships across the organisation to ensure training success
- Coordinate and deliver virtual and in-person training sessions
- Report on training delivery, uptake, and success metrics
What We're Looking For:
Essential Requirements:
- AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Police Check (or ability to obtain)
- Australian citizenship and political neutrality
Skills & Experience:
- Experience across the full training cycle - needs assessment, planning, development, delivery, and evaluation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- High-quality written communication and analytical thinking
- Ability to manage multiple work packages and understand dependencies
- Experience with Agile project delivery and change management frameworks
