Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our childcare program. As a Service Leader, you will oversee the daily operations and ensure the well-being of children in our care.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing engaging programs for primary-aged children
  • Supervising and supporting a team of educators
  • Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
  • Planning and preparing nutritious snacks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed or working towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent
  • A valid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain)
  • Availability from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
