About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead PBS Practitioner to join our team in Perth/WA as we expand our operations into the region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for growing our local service through networking and business development activities, helping to grow our team through efficient recruitment, training, and mentoring activities, and providing high-level clinical behavior support services to clients and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Growing the local service through networking and business development activities
- Helping to grow the team through efficient recruitment, training, and mentoring activities
- Providing high-level clinical behavior support services to clients and families
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or Developmental Education
- Full registration with the relevant membership body (AHPRA, SPA, DEAI, or AASW)
- Assessed by NDIS or self-assessed as a PBS practitioner (Ideally Proficient and above)
- Demonstrated experience leading, supervising, or managing a team of clinicians
- Ability to work both independently and within a team

Estimated Salary: $127,500 + super + bonus
Note: The estimated salary includes the base salary and any additional benefits mentioned in the job description. However, this should not be considered as a guarantee of actual take-home pay.
