The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.


Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our multidisciplinary team as an Occupational Therapist. You will be responsible for providing evidence-based services to individuals through various service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services.

As an Occupational Therapist at Connect2Care, you will have the opportunity to work with clients across a range of disabilities, developing tailored interventions to maximize their level of function, capacity, and social engagement.

  • You will assess client needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans, working closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • You will conduct assessments, provide interventions, and document client progress, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • You will maintain a varied caseload, managing client relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Registration with AHPRA or SPA, depending on your discipline-specific professional registration.
  • A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or Blue Card, as applicable.
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • A Police Check and International Police Check, if required.
  • A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance.
