
Strategic Psychosocial Risk Manager

The purpose of this role is to develop and implement psychosocial safety strategies across the organisation.
This involves working closely with OHS, HR and operational leaders to identify, assess and manage psychosocial risks.
You will be responsible for developing and facilitating practical training, tools and workshops tailored to the needs of diverse clinical and non-clinical settings.

To succeed in this role, you will possess a tertiary qualification in psychology, occupational health and safety, organisational development or a related field. You will also have experience in implementing mental health strategies or psychosocial risk programs in large, complex organisations.
As an experienced specialist, you will demonstrate high level communication and engagement skills, including relationship building, empathy, negotiation and conflict management skills.
Key qualifications include:
- Tertiary qualification in psychology, occupational health and safety, organisational development or a related field
- Experience in implementing mental health strategies or psychosocial risk programs in large, complex organisations

Benefits:
- Salary: $154,196 to $171,339 per annum, plus 12% superannuation
- Permanent full-time opportunity, working 38 hours per week
