We are seeking a highly skilled Product Optimisation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through optimising machine performance, providing technical assistance and participating in dealership promotions events.

The ideal candidate will possess strong coaching, training and mentoring skills, excellent organisational skills and a keen attention to detail. Experience as a John Deere Technician, Agronomist and/or background in Precision Ag is highly desirable.

  • Coordinate and run customer demonstrations, clinics and product optimisation days
  • Assist in start-ups and optimisations of selected new machinery and solutions with the aim of training service, TECSight and sales staff at each location
  • Ensure quality machine data capture, proper machine set-up and proper delivery of third-party recommendations
  • Provide feedback on quality control procedures for pre-delivery work across the group
  • Participate in dealership promotions events, field days and clinics
  • Maintain current production practices, latest trends, changes in regulations and product knowledge of all equipment, parts and services available to customers
  • Create solutions to optimise machine performance based on customer requirements
  • Offer Tier 2 technical assistance for internal service teams
