We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Document Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support and assistance with various tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with photocopying, binding, and sorting of documents and materials
- Support with the opening and delivery of mail
- Undertake the collection and lodging of documents to courts and chambers
- Provide reception relief when required
- Assist with setting up and clearing conference rooms, meeting rooms, and boardrooms
- Perform adhoc duties as needed
Requirements:
- Completed year 12 education
- Advanced Diploma in Legal Practice (ideal)
- Strong organizational skills and 'can do' attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
