Quality and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality and Compliance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to take on a pivotal role in ensuring quality and compliance activities are executed seamlessly.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting internal/external systems and processes to ensure compliance with required national airworthiness authorities, approvals, and customer requirements.
  • Assisting with internal/external audits, third-party suppliers, and completion of assessments and investigations.
  • Monitoring and reporting of regulatory activities and requirements.
  • General administrative duties associated with the safety management system (SMS) database.
  • Implementing solutions for regulatory gaps and contributing to the management and scheduling of the regulatory baseline audit program.

Requirements:

  • Experience and comprehension of continuous improvement principles applied in an ISO 9001 accredited Organisation.
  • Demonstrated extensive knowledge of DASA/CASA Regulations and an understanding of EASA requirements.
  • Holding a relevant auditor qualification or willingness to obtain one.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a Safety Management System framework.
