Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to support the implementation of a new Contractor Management System (CMS) on a 6-month contract.

The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring the system is designed, integrated, and validated effectively.

  • Validate and refine high-level business requirements into functional/system detail.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications, integration designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Map system workflows, role-based actions, and compliance checkpoints.
  • Define and validate integration points with existing systems (SaaS/API).
  • Prepare and execute UAT scripts, ensuring functionality aligns with business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, IT teams, and vendor partners.

Skillset and experience required:

  • Proven experience as a Functional Analyst / Systems Analyst on enterprise IT projects.
  • Hands-on experience implementing a Contractor Management System (CMS).
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms and API-based integrations.
  • Skilled in process mapping, gap analysis, and functional documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
