
Site Coordination Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating site activities on projects across Sydney. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Project Manager and site team in managing construction site activities. This includes scheduling, planning, and forecasting all technical activities on site to ensure everything runs efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Scheduling, planning, and forecasting all technical activities on site.
- Working closely with subcontractors during the planning, construction, and completion phases of our projects.
- Taking control of project documentation, ensuring everything is organized and up-to-date.
- Using your expertise to contribute to technical detailing and problem-solving, making sure every challenge is met with confidence and skill.
- Interpreting specifications, drawings, plans, construction methods, and procedures.
- Monitoring technical implementation, testing, and quality control on site to ensure the highest standards are met every time.
- Assisting in the coordination and management of trades, working closely with other members of the team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
You will have previous experience in a site-based role and an understanding of the principles of engineering, construction, and architecture. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- At least 2 years of previous experience working on construction sites (Cadetship, Graduate Program, or similar experience).
- Experience in building concrete and structural steel structures.
- A Construction White Card.
- Previous experience using systems such as AutoCAD, CHEOPS.
