Operations Supervisor

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering turnkey solutions to clients.

  • Represent the organization on site, ensuring delivery of client solutions, delegating tasks, and maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards
  • Oversee the coordination and installation of specialist products on customer sites
  • Lead prestart and toolbox meetings, managing customer site conditions, delays, expectations, and variances to original quotes
  • Foster a Safety First culture throughout the organization
  • Build and develop an efficient and effective installation team
  • Collaborate with branches to organize plant, equipment, and resourcing

Key Skills and Expertise:

  • Strong construction site experience, with a focus on dewatering; able to prepare and manage risk assessments and safe work method statements
  • Experience building relationships with customers and sub-contractors
  • Proven track record in managing teams, delegating tasks, and personnel supervision to meet project timelines
  • Good planning and team leadership skills, with the ability to work autonomously and possess excellent problem-solving skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Telehandler ticket highly regarded
  • EWP Operator's Licence
  • High Risk work licence highly regarded for EWP (+11m)/Forklift/Basic Riggers
  • Trade qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Diploma in engineering, construction management, or project management preferred
