
Senior Construction Site Manager

This is a senior role within our construction team, responsible for overseeing the entire building process from start to finish.
About the Role- The Senior Construction Site Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction project, including planning, budgeting, and quality control.
- They will work closely with the design team to ensure that the project meets the required standards and specifications.
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to motivate and lead a team of skilled tradespeople.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction project, including planning, budgeting, and quality control.
- Overseeing the installation of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
- Inspecting and testing work completed by contractors and subcontractors.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports throughout the project.
- A degree in construction management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the residential sector.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
