The RoleThis fixed-term position will involve welcoming customers at our crisis entry point for our homelessness service.
You will provide administrative support, including booking appointments, maintaining databases, and scanning documents.

- Relevant experience in working effectively with diverse customer groups with complex needs.

- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a caring nature.
