Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead medication management and contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives
  • Support the development of junior staff and provide expert care to critically ill patients
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in critical care to improve patient outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Full Pharmacist registration with AHPRA with no restrictions to the scope of practice
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a registered pharmacist working in hospital pharmacy
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications or experience providing clinical pharmacy services in an intensive care or other high-acuity setting
