The Quality Inspector will join an experienced quality team and report directly to the Quality Team Leader. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting packed produce to ensure customer specifications are met
  • Providing feedback to farm management on product quality
  • Conducting random checks of grading integrity, waste, coding, and traceability
  • Entering inspection data into automated quality software
  • Escalating non-conformances and performing goods assessments prior to loading
