About the RoleThis position requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating company and subcontractor vehicle operations to ensure timely delivery of customer products.
- Developing and maintaining efficient fleet solutions that meet commercial and operational imperatives.
- Communicating with drivers to ensure all work is completed in line with customer expectations and safety/compliance guidelines.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing effective logistics strategies to optimize fleet utilization and reduce costs.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to track fleet performance and compliance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of logistics and transportation management principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
