\About the Role\

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our Outside School Hours Care service. As an OSHC Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families by providing quality before and after school care and holiday programs.

\

Your key responsibilities will include creating engaging programs with industry-leading tools, building positive relationships within the school community, mentoring a team of educators to develop their skills, and managing compliance documents and other administrative tasks.

\

This role involves working flexible hours, including morning and afternoon shifts, as well as two weekly administration hours. You will also be required to hold a valid Working with Children's Check and obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting certification.
