OSH Coordinator Role

As an OSH Coordinator, you will lead a team of Educators in delivering high-quality programs to children aged 5-12 years. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and make a real impact every day.

We are seeking an experienced leader to guide our team in creating a dynamic program packed with fun activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts. You will build strong relationships with children, families, and the community while taking charge of your team's roster and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and lead engaging programs for children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community
  • Take charge of team roster, day-to-day operations, compliance, and admin
  • Lead a team of passionate Educators to deliver high-quality programs

Requirements:

  • Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact
  • Communicates clearly and confidently
  • Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role
  • Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
  • Has Australian work rights
  • Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
