Job Title: Therapy Support Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join our community care team as a Therapy Support Professional, providing vital support to healthcare specialists in delivering timely, safe, and compassionate care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver therapy interventions within a defined scope of practice following assessment by qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a caseload of patients working towards agreed treatment objectives and assist healthcare specialists in the treatment of patients requiring multi-disciplinary care.
  • Support with equipment collection, delivery, and review as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Assist patients with personal care needs, including hygiene, nutrition, hydration, and medication administration.
  • Promote accurate and timely patient records and data recording.
  • Support the healthcare team in administrative duties, ensuring efficient patient care delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build professional rapport with patients, and demonstrate calm, professional, and efficient identification and delivery of patient needs.
