Rehabilitation Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Casual Rehabilitation Consultant to operate in an Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Assessor capacity with a professional background in Occupational Therapy.

This role involves providing expert rehabilitation assessment services, including specialized ADL service provision, while enjoying the freedom to manage your workload and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Completing comprehensive ADL assessments;
  • Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals to provide guidance, recommendations, and equipment/service provision;
  • Developing and delivering high-quality assessment reports;
  • Assessing individuals' Personal, Domestic, and Community ADLs, identifying recommendations for services, support, and/or assistive equipment;
  • Providing education to clients and injured workers on recommended support and assistive equipment.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy registered with AHPRA;
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry is highly regarded;
  • Exceptional communication skills;
  • Compassion, kindness, and empathy are essential qualities;
  • Well-developed time management skills;
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance is mandatory.
