Deliver Exceptional Hospitality Support

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Hospitality Support Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional support to our hospitality function, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain legislated workplace health and safety, quality, and hygiene standards
  • Complete required documentation and reporting
  • Respond to residents' queries and requests
  • Laundry duties include loading washers & dryers, sort linen, hang, fold, wrap or iron linen
  • Catering / food services duties include assisting with basic food prep, provide meals and snacks, clear dining areas, and dishwashing
  • Cleaning duties include general cleaning; mopping, vacuuming, and waste collection in the residents' rooms, bathrooms, communal, and living areas

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cleaning or catering experience preferred but not essential
  • Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
  • You will have an understanding of work health, safety, and hygiene practices and the ability to work unsupervised

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
