Project Manager

As a highly experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the planning and delivery of complex projects in support of capital works and maintenance programs within the University's built asset environment.
Individual projects may have values up to $20m. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop robust project briefs, ensuring successful delivery of building-related projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage large project teams, including technical and specialist resources and external consultants.
- Analyse stakeholders' needs and develop effective project briefs.
- Use effective Project Management skills to successfully deliver a portfolio of building-related projects.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of technical issues and requirements for commercial buildings.
You have a proven track record in delivering commercial projects successfully within the built asset environment, supported by strong project management expertise.
You excel at scoping, planning, and executing multiple projects concurrently, delivered on time and within budget.
You have outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, and can navigate complex organisational settings effectively, collaborating well with a diverse array of stakeholders.
