Civil Team Lead

Our Mining Sustaining Capital team is seeking a talented professional to lead our civil engineering design projects in Brisbane. This role will involve undertaking various mining and infrastructure projects, collaborating with engineers and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional experience in consultancy environments in civil mining infrastructure, a strong technical background, and excellent leadership skills.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading a team of civil engineers to deliver high-quality engineering design outcomes that meet client needs, legal requirements, and quality standards.
  • Developing best-in-class relationships with clients to drive project success and business growth.
  • Supporting the implementation of market and client strategies across the organization.
  • Participating in staff development activities to enhance the capabilities of team members and support business success.
  • Continuously improving technical standards and design processes.

About You:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
  • Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
  • Extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
