Senior Civil Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Design Engineer to join our Urban Development team in Brisbane. This role offers the chance to work on diverse, high-impact projects and contribute your expertise in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in civil design for land development or brownfield projects, with a solid understanding of relevant guidelines, Australian Standards, and Local Council Planning Schemes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver High-Quality Civil Design Solutions: Utilize your technical expertise to create innovative civil design solutions across a range of projects.
  • Collaborate with Project Teams: Work closely with architects, landscape architects, and other engineers at project meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Project Management Support: Assist with project management activities, including scheduling and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Chartered Engineer Status: Be a Chartered Engineer or working towards it with NER/RPEQ accreditation.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess solid technical expertise in civil design, knowledge of relevant guidelines, Australian Standards, and Local Council Planning Schemes.
  • Software Proficiency: Be proficient in civil design software such as AutoCAD, 12D, Drains, and Microsoft Project.
