Civil Engineering Design Expert

A civil engineering design expert is responsible for undertaking complex civil engineering projects from conception to completion. This includes designing and drafting infrastructure plans, conducting site inspections, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop civil engineering projects in compliance with relevant codes and regulations
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Conduct site inspections and surveys to gather data and inform project designs
  • Prepare technical reports and drawings for council approval
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in land development, infrastructure, and transportation projects
