Asia Cloud Security Growth Leader

This role oversees the growth and strategic development of our cloud security solutions across Asia. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes and expanding customer connections in this region.
Our ideal candidate is a charismatic sales leader with strong technical expertise and a proven track record of delivering results-driven initiatives. They will lead a team of specialist sellers and technical specialists to provide cutting-edge security solutions that meet the evolving needs of our enterprise customers.
The successful candidate will be a champion of digital transformation, leveraging their industry knowledge and market insights to drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to expand our Security business across Asia, focusing on high-value customer relationships and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our security offerings and stay ahead of emerging market trends.
- Lead by example, providing coaching and guidance to sales and technical specialists to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of the security industry, with knowledge of emerging technologies and market trends.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing teams.
