Club InterContinental Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our luxury hotel team. As a Club InterContinental Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a team of professionals in providing personalized service.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and has the ability to lead and motivate a team. You will be working closely with the Rooms Division Manager to ensure that all aspects of the department are running smoothly and efficiently.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 4-5 Club Attendants
  • Respond to guest needs and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Supervise and support staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Conduct daily departmental briefings and provide input for regular team meetings
