About this role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Retail Property Manager to join our national team.

You will be responsible for managing lease and licence agreements across a portfolio of retail sites, working closely with landlords, partners, and internal teams to deliver results.

Your key objectives will include:

  • Managing lease and licence agreements nationally
  • Coordinating site surveys, proposals, and presentations to landlords
  • Liaising with landlords on placements, upgrades & property issues
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in retail property or lease management
  • Confident working with shopping centre floor plans & tenancy mix
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with excellent stakeholder skills
  • Proactive, detail-focused, and capable of managing your portfolio independently
