As a Senior Loss Adjuster specializing in Strata, this role involves using your skills to resolve insurance claims, examining reported losses to establish cause, liability, and quantum, with the customer and client at the center of your work.

What are my accountabilities?

  1. Complete onsite and digital assessments of Strata properties on behalf of insurance companies/underwriters.
  2. Determine the extent and cause of loss through effective, efficient, and client-focused investigation methods.
  3. Assess whether the loss falls within the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.

About you

  • Previous loss adjusting experience with a focus on Strata claims.
  • Understanding of the complete claims management lifecycle.
  • Ability to build and maintain key client relationships.
  • Diploma in Loss Adjusting or equivalent.
