About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator E&I to join our team at Monadelphous. As a pivotal team member, you will be involved in every aspect of the project lifecycle from initial project startup and subsequently transitioning to a site-based position undertaking a 2:1 FIFO roster during the construction phase.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage detailed execution schedules based on the scope of works.
  2. Develop comprehensive basis of schedule documents outlining schedule assumptions, construction sequencing, calendars, weather, resources, equipment, and critical path information.
  3. Monitor and update key dates and sequencing of the schedule.
  4. Develop and manage schedules deliverables, including but not limited to resource histograms, equipment histograms, procurement plans, quantity curves, and bedding forecasts.
  5. Review planning and scheduling documentation and identify ambiguities, risks, and key issues to be considered by the project execution team.
  6. Assist the Project Manager in compiling major project plans and execution schedules on behalf of the Project.
  7. Ensure that appropriate planning and scheduling techniques and systems are implemented to meet the projects needs.
  8. Work cooperatively with a team to accomplish project goals.
  9. Ensure that all project, engineering, and procurement planning and scheduling information is available to service construction needs.
  10. Prepare planning/scheduling/cost control information into correspondence, forms, reports, or databases; prepares information for dissemination to others.
  11. Establish client relationships, making group presentations, and communicating effectively with site personnel.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience involved in E&I scopes on oil and gas construction projects.
  2. Background in Electrical and Instrumentation is highly desirable.
  3. Previous experience using Primavera (P6) project planning tool.
  4. Large-scale construction project experience ideally within Lithium, Oil & Gas, or Iron Ore.
  5. Demonstrated understanding of Critical Path analysis and Extension of Time claims.
  6. Strong statistical and analytical reporting skills.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
  8. You acquire a methodical approach, high attention to detail, and take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of own work and meeting deadlines.
  9. Ability to contribute and influence continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing delivery methods for your project partners.
  10. Clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
  11. Ability to commit to a FIFO roster during the construction phase of the project.
