**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the department and promote teamwork to uphold service quality through effective communication and coordination with other departments.
  • Support the training and development of the Night Porter, nurturing their growth and potential.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service, focusing on Brand Standards, Loyalty Recognition, and effective problem handling.
  • Welcoming guests upon arrival, engage with them meaningfully to ensure their needs are met, responding promptly and gracefully to feedback and complaints, building lasting relationships that enhance guest satisfaction.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

  • Previous Night Audit or Finance experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Quick learner with a can-do attitude.
  • Self-motivation, resilience, agility, and skilled at multitasking.
  • Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) Opera and Booking Engines.
  • Full provisional driver's license.
  • Current First Aid/CPR Qualification (or be prepared to undertake training within your first four weeks).
  • Current RSA Statement of Attainment.
