Dynamic Merchandising Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Part-time Retail Merchandiser to join our national sales and merchandising team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive to local retailers to perform merchandising assignments for nationally recognized retail brands, ensuring optimal product presentation and customer engagement.
  • Provide services such as planogram implementation, stocking, and straightening up the point of sale area, building store displays, retail auditing, promoting brand awareness, and selling additional displays.
  • Coordinate and map out your territory based on deadlines and time efficiency, prioritizing tasks and maximizing productivity.
  • Build multiple key relationships with retail store managers, department heads, and staff, as well as with your Regional Supervisor, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide excellent customer service and present a professional demeanor at all times, adhering to company standards and expectations.
Requirements:
  • Access to an Android/iPhone or iPad/iPod Touch for efficient task management and data entry.
  • A valid Driver's License and reliable automobile, enabling timely travel to assigned locations.
  • The ability to lift 15lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs, accommodating various merchandise handling requirements.
  • Steel-toe shoes (provided when required), ensuring workplace safety and reducing the risk of injury.
  • Prior retail merchandising experience is highly valued, but not mandatory; we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and skill sets.
