Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. This role involves guiding customers through their purchasing process, ensuring they receive world-class service and a memorable experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong communication skills, and is always ready to take action. If you believe in providing exceptional customer service and creating lasting relationships, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop an in-depth understanding of our current inventory and assist customers in selecting a product by engaging in active listening. They will also be responsible for explaining product features, applications, and benefits, building rapport with customers, and reporting to the sales manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess enthusiastic and high energy throughout the day, strong communication skills, an outgoing and friendly personality, a professional appearance, and a positive attitude. Additionally, you will require proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and French, computer and software proficiency, and a valid driver's license. Recreational vehicle knowledge or experience would be an asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approach and offer assistance or direction to any customer entering the dealership
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of current inventory and assist customers in selecting a product by engaging in active listening
  • Explain product, application, and benefits, building rapport with customers
  • Report to the sales manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
