Job Description:

We are seeking a talented software engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for the agriculture industry. You will collaborate with senior developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design, build, and launch high-impact features.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable software features to address complex agricultural problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful solutions
  • Write secure, well-designed, and thoroughly tested code
  • Actively improve system architecture and reduce complexity
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in software development
  • Polyglot mindset with proficiency in at least one programming language (Ruby, Python, Java, or Typescript/JavaScript)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/deployment
  • Understanding of production environments and ability to troubleshoot performance issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to software maintainability
  • Experience with software testing practices and basic refactoring
  • Solid communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
