Driving Innovation in Smart Farming

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role will play a key part in driving the adoption of our breakthrough virtual fencing solution, eShepherd.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of farming practices and the ability to communicate clearly and credibly with Australian farmers. They will also possess emotional intelligence, strong listening skills, and the knack for building trusted relationships.

A background in agriculture, agtech, marketing, or a related field is essential, as is experience driving sales or customer engagement. Proactive mindset and results-driven approach are must-haves.

In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with farmers, championing this technology, and making it happen. You will leverage warm leads, uncover new opportunities, and walk farmers through how virtual fencing can transform their operations.
