Job Title: NSW Oncology Professional

About the Role:

This rewarding opportunity is for a sales professional to partner with customers in oncology and provide seamless customer experiences to support patients through their cancer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships within a designated territory, understanding relevant unmet customer needs in oncology and implementing solutions that result in positive outcomes for patients and healthcare providers.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets for BD’s infusion therapy and vascular access products.
  • Establish, implement, and review a territory plan including goals and specific actions.
  • Educate customers on BD's suite of oncology solutions, minimizing healthcare workers' risk of drug exposure and patients' risk of infection.
Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated previous experience in medical device sales or clinical education.
  • Proven anatomical, clinical, and technical ability to manage complex procedures and products.
  • Experience working with oncology treatment sites (oncology wards, day infusion labs, interventional radiology, pharmacy) and knowledge of oncology treatment regimes.
  • Strong business acumen skills, negotiation and influencing skills, and ability to interpret and analyze sales data.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem-solving ability, and interpersonal savvy.
Working Conditions:

The role may require some weekend work, out-of-hours work, and domestic travel. A driver's license is essential.
