Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver Expert Support: Provide clinical and technical assistance during live procedures, ensuring the highest level of care for patients.
  • Education and Training: Offer training and continuous support to hospital staff, helping them to develop their skills and confidence.
  • Account Growth: Collaborate with Territory Managers to drive adoption and growth, working together to achieve our goals.
  • Clinical Stakeholders: Foster relationships with key stakeholders, building trust and understanding to ensure successful outcomes.
  • On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call roster, providing after-hours and weekend procedural support when needed.
Requirements
  • Theatre Nursing or Equivalent Experience: A background in theatre nursing, cath lab, or interventional radiology is essential for this role.
  • Clinical Support Experience: Experience in clinical support or a hospital/procedural setting is required, with medical device or healthcare experience being advantageous.
  • Commercial Mindset: The ability to align clinical value with business goals is crucial for this position.
  • Communication Skills: Confident communication and education skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: The ability to remain calm under pressure and think critically is essential for solving problems and making decisions.
