The ideal candidate will have:

3-4 year bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field;

10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the mining industry;

Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices;

Ability to work effectively in a team environment;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
