Senior Production Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in managing productions across multiple marketing content streams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate production timelines, ensuring they align with campaign goals and studio priorities.
  • Allocate resources effectively to stay within scope, delivery timelines, and budget.
  • Prepare status reports and data for review by key stakeholders.
  • Provide project progress reports, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and solutions to keep production on track.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in production management within the 2D/3D animation or live-action industry.
  • Familiarity with production management tools (e.g., ShotGrid, Asana, SyncSketch, Google Suite).
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams through change, helping teammates resolve obstacles, clear bottlenecks, and successfully deliver tasks.
  • Ability to make informed decisions, manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen eye for detail, assuring delivery meets both artistic and technical standards.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and time management skills.
  • An understanding or experience with the arts, animation, gaming, and/or internet culture.
  • Be extremely organized and have a strong work ethic.
  • Engaging personality and willingness to learn.
  • Positive, go-getter attitude with a passion for making things.
