Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced chef to join our team at Casa Bambini Essendon. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality, nutritious meals and snacks for up to 90 children each day.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus that meet nutritional guidelines and cater to the dietary needs of our children.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting for kitchen supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless meal service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification and experience in a cook role.
- Current Working with Children's Check and First Aid certification.
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or willingness to complete it.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team.
