Production & Banquet Cook Opportunity

 

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production & Banquet Cook to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and presentation, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist the Sous Chef in the preparation of foods in assigned kitchen outlets.
  • Ensure that all food preparation and service areas are clean and sanitary, adhering to local and state health department codes.
  • Serve guests according to established standards of quality and in pre-determined portions.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.

 

Requirements:

 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Culinary apprenticeship or A.O.S. degree from a culinary institution preferred.

 

Work Environment:

 

  • Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands to handle food and equipment.
  • Lifting and moving up to 50 pounds frequently required.
  • Effective communication skills, including English fluency.
